Hiding from my truth
What am I scared of? To lose?
Say I don’t care what you think
But man, I’m “Blurryface” too
And no one’s gonna save me baby
Fight or flight? The latter lately
I’ve been hiding in a shell
I’ve been feelin’ stuck as hell
How do you get out of your own jail cell?
Man I feel overwhelmed
The older that you get
The more you know, the mental debts
Lookin’ in the mirror
The voice chirpin in your ears
Walkin’ & talkin’
My thoughts are crazy
Can’t keep going there on the daily
I feel like breaking down
Man I’m just not myself
I feel like breaking down
Why can’t I just calm down?
It’s hard living
If you’re in your mind
It’s hard living
If your thoughts ain’t right
But I get up and say
I won’t give up today
I got a job to slay
I gotta get the fuck, outta my own way
Don’t beat yourself up man, it’ll okay
Maybe not today, but it’ll be okay
Taking off the mask
And accepting your past
You’re not a monster
Just because you said something whack
Hindsight, 20/20
And I spent a lot of money
On a lot of bullshit man
I was such a dummy
The voice inside my mind
Reminds me all the time
Makin me overthink
Playing tricks, trying to jinx
We ain’t on the same page
Runnin’ in the same race
Two horses man
Ones totally insane
Walkin’ & talkin’
My thoughts are crazy
Can’t keep going there on the daily
I feel like breaking down
Man I’m just not myself
I feel like breaking down
Damn, I feel so stressed out
It’s hard living
If your in your mind
It’s hard living
If your thoughts ain’t right
But I get up and say
I won’t give up today
I got a job to slay
I gotta get the fuck, outta my own way
Don’t beat yourself up man, it’ll okay
Maybe not today, but it’ll be okay
It’ll be okay
It’ll be okay
It’ll be okay
It’ll be okay

Walking has become an underrated exercise these days.
What many don’t know is that it provides heaps of benefits for people who do it regularly.
Even walking for shorter periods of time can go a long way if you just do it consistently.
Whether it’s as simple as circling the track, meandering through a scenic park, or just strutting to get from point A to point B, walking one mile a day is a fool-proof way of getting that healthy 150-minute exercise per week.
Walking is completely free and so are its benefits, so why not take advantage of this, right?
If you’re still unsure of the benefits of walking 1 mile a day, stick around and you’ll know them in a short while.
By the end of this video, mind you, you’d be more than eager to get started with walking
1. Eases joint pain
Do you have some joint pain?
Try walking a mile every day to get some relief.
Walking is a low-impact exercise, thus it doesn’t just prevent joint damage but also ease joint pain.
There’s a good reason why walking is used medically to manage joint pain.
2. Reduces weight
Want to lose weight?
One way to help achieve this goal is to walk a mile every day on top of your exercise routine.
This can make you lose weight since it increases your activity level.
Moreover, more activity means higher energy demands on your body.
If you use more energy than you consume, you’ll lose weight.
3. Better digestion
If you want to support your digestive system, then you better start walking, say, a mile per day.
Doing so can improve your digestion.
That’s because walking moves your bowels along and reduces constipation and gas.
4. Lowers the risk of heart disease
One of the best ways to avoid getting heart disease is to exercise regularly.
Walking one mile every day can boost your heart health, thus, lowering the risk of a heart attack.
Although brisk walking for 30 minutes a day, 5x a week will get you the maximum benefits, a stroll can still improve cardiovascular health.
5. Reduces stress
Lots of people have high levels of stress.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed with whatever you’re dealing with, know that you aren’t alone.
But the best thing is that you can manage your stress by walking every day.
By taking a one-mile walk per day, you can significantly reduce your stress hormones.
6. Improves sleep quality
People who struggle with falling asleep or want to wake up less often in the night should consider walking a mile.
Burning energy through exercise can help you sleep better at night.
Plus, exercise is said to boost the production of melatonin, which helps you fall asleep.
7. Boosts your immune system
Aside from healthy habits like no smoking and drinking only in moderation, walking a mile every day helps in boosting your immunity.
Your immunity gets better because walking every day reduces your risk for disease and encourages longevity.
So when are you gonna start walking 1 mile a day?

Analysing the drama Taxi Driver (1976), exploring the concepts powerlessness, loneliness and the meaning behind the delusions of grandeur.
It’s interesting to see the best of someone, their journey and their decisions that counteract what is going on around them. We love to see them rise above what is holding them down. And for some, that is enough. But for others, they always find themselves attracted to the downfall as well as the triumph. The journey that might not show a happy ending, but a realisation, a connection, from the characters themselves to the audience about something that they can relate to. And in Taxi Driver, it reveals its grim isolation, its dark underbelly of the city, of life, of the main protagonist, and the struggles that many can understand behind closed doors.
“Walking Contradiction” Lyrics:
Do as I say not as I do because
The shit’s so deep you can’t run away
I beg to differ on the contrary
I agree with every word that you say
Talk is cheap and lies are expensive
My wallet’s fat and so is my head
Hit and run and then I’ll hit you again
I’m a smart ass but I’m playing dumb
Standards set and broken all the time
Control the chaos behind a gun
Call it as I see it even if
I was born deaf, blind and dumb
Losers winning big on the lottery
Rehab rejects still sniffing glue
Constant refutation with myself
I’m a victim of a catch 22
I have no belief
But I believe
I’m a walking contradiction
And I ain’t got no right
Do as I say not as I do because
The shit’s so deep you can’t run away
I beg to differ on the contrary
I agree with every word that you say
Talk is cheap and lies are expensive
My wallet’s fat and so is my head
Hit and run and then I’ll hit you again
I’m a smart ass but I’m playing dumb
I have no belief
But I believe
I’m a walking contradiction
And I ain’t got no right
I have no belief
But I believe
I’m a walking contradiction
And I ain’t got no right
